Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases made on this website, operated by Pellwood UK. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Products and prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but natural wood varies, so grain and colour may differ slightly from the photos. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a product was listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you before processing your order.

2. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, in which case you won't be charged.

3. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery options and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Custom orders

Custom printed sticks are made to your specification and approved by you via a proof before production. You confirm you have the right to use any names, logos or artwork you send us.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
