We want you to love your sticks. If something isn't right, here's how we put it right.
Changed your mind? 14 days to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us with your order number and we'll send you the returns address. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Sticks must be unused and in their original wrap. We'll refund the price of the goods and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back, or of you showing proof that you've sent them. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you.
Custom printed sticks
Custom orders are made to your specification, so the 14-day change-of-mind right doesn't apply to them. That's why we send you a proof to approve before anything is printed. If a custom order arrives faulty or doesn't match the approved proof, we'll put it right.
Faulty or damaged
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you, and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Wear and tear
Drumsticks are made to be hit. Chips, splinters and breakage from playing are normal wear rather than a fault.
