We want you to love your sticks. If something isn't right, here's how we put it right.

Changing your mind: 14 days to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Please let us know using our contact form, quoting your order number, and we'll reply with return instructions. Items must then be sent back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original wrap.

We'll refund the price of the goods and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back (or of you showing proof that you've sent them). Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Custom printed sticks

Custom and personalised orders are made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply to them. We send you a proof to approve before anything is printed. If a custom order arrives faulty or doesn't match the approved proof, we'll put it right.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us using our contact form with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund, and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Wear and tear

Drumsticks are made to be hit. Chips, splinters and breakage from normal playing are wear and tear rather than a fault.
